BugSplat User Feedback Survey Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the BugSplat User Feedback Survey. By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to participants who complete the BugSplat User Feedback Survey. Employees of BugSplat and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway entry period concludes on May 14th, 2024, the same day on which the winner will be selected and notified.

3. Prizes:

   • One winner will receive a $100 USD gift card to Keychron.com, which can be used towards the purchase of a Keytron mechanical keyboard.

   • Another winner will receive one shipment of coffee from Trade Coffee, specifically the 'Coffee Subscription Gift (3 Bags)', valued at $60.00 USD.

4. Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible survey respondents who have completed the survey by the closing date. The selection is at the sole discretion of BugSplat and is final.

5. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified on May 14th, 2024 via the email address provided at the time of survey completion. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.

6. Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. If the winner resides outside the shipping zones of Keychron.com or Trade Coffee, it is the winner's responsibility to address such shipping limitations. BugSplat is not responsible for the inability to deliver prizes to winners outside of available shipping zones.

7. Nature of the Giveaway: This is a promotional giveaway, not a raffle or lottery. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Participating in this giveaway is completely voluntary and does not require any purchase.

8. General Release: By participating in this giveaway, participants release BugSplat, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except as prohibited by law).

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
