1. Giveaway Period

   The BugSplat 2025 Annual User Feedback Survey Giveaway begins on Monday, April 8, 2025, at 9:00 AM MST and ends on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST.

   Winners will be selected at random and notified by Friday, April 25, 2025.

2. How to Enter

   To enter the giveaway, participants must:

    - Complete the 2025 Annual BugSplat User Feedback Survey in full.
    - Provide valid contact information, including at minimum a valid email address.

   Incomplete surveys or entries without contact information will be disqualified.

   By submitting a survey response, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Prizes

   Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $150 USD Headphones.com gift card.

Prize Details:

- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items unless BugSplat determines otherwise.
- BugSplat reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Winner Selection

- Winners will be selected at random from eligible, valid entries.
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey submission by Friday, April 25, 2025.
- If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.

5. Eligibility

- Open to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in regions where Headphones.com gift cards are valid and deliverable.
- Participants must be of the legal age of majority in their country of residence as of the date of entry.
- Ineligible Participants: BugSplat employees, contractors, their immediate family members, or anyone residing in their households are not eligible to participate.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding giveaways.
- The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. Data Protection

BugSplat will use contact information solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, including winner notification.

BugSplat complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

7. Compliance and Conduct

Participants must not engage in fraudulent activity or submit multiple entries.

BugSplat upholds anti-corruption standards and prohibits attempts to unfairly influence the outcome of the giveaway.

8. Liability and Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BugSplat, its affiliates, and representatives from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

BugSplat is not responsible for:
    - Technical issues or delays affecting entry.
    - Legal implications resulting from participation.

9. Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to accepting the prize.

10. General Conditions

BugSplat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway for unforeseen reasons or as permitted by law.

BugSplat’s decisions regarding the giveaway are final and binding.
