1. Giveaway Period

   Monthundrum Giveaway: Begins on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM MST and ends on Monday, March 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST.

    The winner will be selected and informed on Monday, March 17, 2025.

2. How to Enter

   Monthundrum Giveaway:

    Solve the Monthundrum puzzle in this month’s BugSplat newsletter.
   
    Submit your answer via email to [email protected] or DM @joey_p on Discord.

Note: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Prize

   Monthundrum Giveaway: One (1) $100 USD gift card to Headphones.com.

Prize Details:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items unless BugSplat determines otherwise.

BugSplat reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from correct entries submitted by the deadline and notified on Monday, March 17, 2025, via email or Discord DM.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected.

5. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in regions where Headphones.com delivers.

Participants must be of the legal age of majority in their country of residence as of the date of entry.

Ineligible Participants: BugSplat employees, contractors, their immediate family members, or anyone residing in their households are not eligible to participate.

Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding giveaways.

The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. Data Protection

BugSplat will use email addresses and Discord handles solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, including winner notification.

BugSplat complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

7. Compliance and Conduct

Participants must not engage in fraudulent activity, spamming, or behavior that violates these terms.

BugSplat upholds anti-corruption standards and prohibits attempts to unfairly influence the outcome of the giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BugSplat, its affiliates, and representatives from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
