1. Giveaway Periods
Discord Giveaway: Begins on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 7:00 PM MST and ends on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST.
The winner will be announced in the BugSplat Discord server’s #General channel shortly after the entry deadline.
Monthundrum Giveaway: Begins on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM MST and ends on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST.
The winner will be selected and informed on Monday, February 17, 2025.
2. How to Enter
Discord Giveaway:
Join the BugSplat Discord server at https://discord.gg/bugsplat.
Find the giveaway post in the #General channel and react with the 🎉 emoji.
Monthundrum Giveaway:
Solve the Monthundrum puzzle in this month’s BugSplat newsletter.
Submit your answer via email to joey@bugsplat.com or DM @joey_p on Discord.
Note: By entering either giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Prizes
Discord Giveaway: One (1) $100 USD gift card to Headphones.com.
Monthundrum Giveaway: One (1) $100 USD gift card to Headphones.com.
Prize Details:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items unless BugSplat determines otherwise.
BugSplat reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Winner Selection
Discord Giveaway: The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries after the entry deadline and notified via the BugSplat Discord server.
Monthundrum Giveaway: The winner will be selected at random from correct entries submitted by the deadline and notified on Monday, February 17, 2025, via email or Discord DM.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected.
5. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in regions where Headphones.com delivers.
Participants must be of the legal age of majority in their country of residence as of the date of entry.
Ineligible Participants: BugSplat employees, contractors, their immediate family members, or anyone residing in their households are not eligible to participate.
Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding giveaways.
The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
6. Data Protection
BugSplat will use email addresses and Discord handles solely for the purposes of administering the giveaways, including winner notification.
BugSplat complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.
7. Compliance and Conduct
Participants must not engage in fraudulent activity, spamming, or behavior that violates these terms.
BugSplat upholds anti-corruption standards and prohibits attempts to unfairly influence the outcome of the giveaways.
8. Liability and Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BugSplat, its affiliates, and representatives from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
BugSplat is not responsible for:
Technical issues or delays affecting entry.
Legal implications resulting from participation.
9. Tax Responsibility
Winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to accepting the prizes.
10. General Conditions
BugSplat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaways for unforeseen reasons or as permitted by law.
BugSplat’s decisions regarding the giveaways are final and binding.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering, participants confirm they understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
