BugSplat Gaming Giveaways: PS5 and Xbox Series S

NO PURCHASE, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

These giveaways are intended as fun and engaging ways for the BugSplat community to connect. They are not lotteries or gambling activities and are not subject to any gambling laws or regulations. By participating, entrants acknowledge their understanding and agreement with these terms.

BugSplat PS5 and PlayStation Live Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: Open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of BugSplat, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws, and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of BugSplat as final and binding.

Entry: Participants will receive a Free Entry ticket, individually numbered, requiring the participant's name, work email, and the return of the ticket stub with this information filled out. Entries can be submitted by handing the stub to a BugSplat employee in San Francisco during the week of March 18-22 while BugSplat attends the Game Developers Conference, emailing a picture of the filled-out stub to hi@bugsplat.com, or mailing it to 1023 Walnut St STE 100, Denver, CO 80302, USA. All entries must be received by April 3, 2024.

Prize: The winner will receive a PlayStation 5 and a 12-month subscription to PlayStation Live, awarded as gift cards suitable for the purchase based on the winner's country. The total estimated value of the prize is approximately $560 USD. BugSplat will not ship any physical items; the winner is responsible for using the gift cards to obtain their prize.

Winner Selection: A random drawing from all eligible entries will determine the winner. The drawing will take place on April 4, 2024, and the winner will be contacted directly thereafter.

No Affiliation: This giveaway is conducted by BugSplat independently and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, PlayStation, or the Game Developers Conference, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.


BugSplat Xbox Series S and Xbox Live Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: Open to those 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Excludes BugSplat employees, their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, immediate family members, and those living in the same household of employees. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Entry: Obtain a Free Entry ticket, fill out the stub with your name and work email, and submit it by April 3, 2024. Entries can be submitted in the same manner as the PS5 giveaway: in person to a BugSplat employee at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco (March 18-22), via email with a picture of the stub sent to hi@bugsplat.com, or by mailing the stub to BugSplat's office at 1023 Walnut St STE 100, Denver, CO 80302, USA.

Prize: One winner will receive an Xbox Series S console and a 12-month Xbox Live subscription, provided as gift cards based on the winner's location, with an approximate value of $360 USD. No physical items will be shipped by BugSplat; obtaining the console with the gift cards is the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries on April 4, 2024. The selected winner will be notified thereafter.

No Affiliation: This giveaway is independently conducted by BugSplat and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Microsoft Corporation, Xbox, or the Game Developers Conference, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

By entering, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all involved.
